ARTIFICIAL STREAMING & FRAUD POLICY Effective Date: Date of Electronic Acceptance This policy applies to any release submitted to Infinite Beats / Owl Eye for distribution and promotion. 1. Zero-Tolerance Policy Artificial streaming and any attempt to manipulate performance metrics is strictly prohibited. 2. Prohibited Activities (Non-Exhaustive) This includes, but is not limited to: * Purchased streams, followers, saves, or engagement * Stream farms, streaming bots, click farms, or automated playback * Fraudulent playlist manipulation or pay-for-placement schemes that violate platform rules * Incentivised streaming campaigns (rewards, giveaways, or payments in exchange for streams) * Misleading metadata intended to capture searches (keyword stuffing, impersonation, deceptive titles) * Repeated self-streaming or coordinated streaming designed to inflate numbers 3. Monitoring and Investigation Platforms and distributors monitor suspicious activity and may report anomalies. Infinite Beats / Owl Eye may also review performance signals and investigate where fraud is suspected. 4. Enforcement Actions Where artificial streaming or fraud is suspected or confirmed, Infinite Beats / Owl Eye may, without notice: * Reject the release or pause distribution * Request additional verification or documentation from the Artist * Remove content from stores and platforms * Suspend or terminate the Artist account and services * Withhold, reverse, or delay royalties where required by platforms or distribution partners 5. Financial Consequences Artists remain responsible for any penalties, deductions, clawbacks, or chargebacks imposed by platforms, payment providers, or distributors. 6. Duty to Cooperate Artists agree to cooperate with reasonable fraud investigations, including providing source files, release notes, marketing details, collaborator confirmations, and any other information needed to resolve a platform dispute or compliance review. 7. No Guarantee of Outcomes Infinite Beats / Owl Eye does not guarantee streams, income, playlist placements, chart positions, or commercial success. Any attempt to artificially manufacture results violates this policy and may result in removal and termination. 8. Electronic Acceptance The Artist agrees that electronic acceptance, password verification, CAPTCHA verification, and account authentication constitute a legally binding electronic signature.
