The Infinite Beats Distribution Label allows registered Infinite Beats artists to release their music on major streaming platforms through our distribution partnership.

Whether you create music using AI tools such as Suno Pro or produce music using FL Studio, we provide the tools, support, promotion, artwork, and distribution services required to help you grow your music career.

To qualify for distribution through Infinite Beats, you must:

• Be a registered artist with Infinite Beats.
• Create original music using Suno Pro, or FL Studio (or equivalent DAW) where the submitted work is entirely original.
• Be the legal owner or rights holder of all submitted content.
• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/legal guardian consent.
• Ensure all collaborators have provided written permission for release.
• Ensure all cover songs, remixes, samples, loops, vocals, and third-party content are legally licensed where required.
• Comply with all platform guidelines, including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, TikTok, Amazon Music, and Ditto Music policies.

Artists agree to:

• Submit only content they legally own.
• Maintain accurate artist information.
• Supply correct release metadata.
• Ensure uploaded content does not infringe any copyrights.
• Ensure all featured artists have granted permission.
• Obtain all required licenses for cover songs and remixes.
• Keep account information up to date.
• Comply with streaming platform terms and conditions.

All copyrights remain the sole property of the artist.

Infinite Beats does not acquire ownership of master recordings, compositions, lyrics, artwork supplied by the artist, artist trademarks, or artist branding.

Infinite Beats acts solely as a distribution and promotional service provider. No rights are transferred to Infinite Beats beyond those necessary to distribute and promote the content.

Royalties are paid according to the selected package:

• Creator Package: 95% Artist / 5% Infinite Beats
• Professional Package: 92.5% Artist / 7.5% Infinite Beats
• Legend Package: 90% Artist / 10% Infinite Beats

Royalty percentages compensate Infinite Beats for administration, support, design services, promotional services, and distribution management.

Current annual fee: R210

This fee may be adjusted only if distribution provider costs increase. Artists will be notified before any renewal fee changes take effect.

Infinite Beats reserves the right to reject releases that violate copyright laws, contain hate speech, promote illegal activities, include unauthorized samples, breach streaming platform policies, contain fraudulent metadata, or are associated with artificial streaming.

Artificial streaming is strictly prohibited. This includes purchased streams, stream farms, bots, incentivized streaming schemes, and fraudulent playlist manipulation.

Any release flagged for artificial streaming may be removed from stores, suspended from distribution, and subject to royalty withholding where required by distributors or platforms.

Before using the service, artists must electronically accept the distribution agreement. Acceptance requires:

• Logged into their Infinite Beats account
• Verification using registered email address
• Password confirmation
• CAPTCHA verification
• Agreement checkbox confirming acceptance of all terms

Date and time of acceptance will be recorded and stored. IP address and account details may be logged for verification purposes.

By accepting the agreement, the artist confirms that all submitted content is legally owned or licensed and that all collaborators have granted permission. Infinite Beats does not guarantee streams, income, chart positions, playlist placements, or commercial success.

The artist releases Infinite Beats from liability arising from false ownership claims, copyright disputes, licensing violations, or unauthorized content submissions.

This agreement remains active for the duration of the artist's annual membership and automatically renews upon payment of the annual fee unless terminated by either party.

Artists may request content removal at any time subject to distributor processing times.

These documents will be available for review and electronic acceptance. Documents will be added one by one.

When documents are published, each will include acknowledgements and an acceptance step for logged-in artists.

Rights holders can report alleged copyright infringement related to releases distributed through Owl Eye. Submissions should include a clear complaint, ownership evidence, contact details, and the release URL.
