COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP DECLARATION Effective Date: Date of Electronic Acceptance This declaration applies to any music, artwork, metadata, branding, and related materials submitted by an artist to Infinite Beats / Owl Eye for distribution and promotion. 1. Declaration of Ownership and Authority By accepting this declaration, the Artist confirms that: * The Artist is the legal owner of the submitted master recording(s) and has the authority to distribute the master recording(s). * The Artist owns or controls the necessary rights in the underlying composition(s) and lyrics, or has obtained all required permissions and licences. * The Artist has the right to authorise Infinite Beats / Owl Eye to distribute and promote the submitted content on digital platforms and stores. 2. Original Works, Licences, and Permissions The Artist confirms that: * Any featured artists, collaborators, producers, writers, session musicians, and contributors have granted the required permissions for distribution. * Any third-party material (including samples, loops, vocals, sound packs, stems, and presets) is properly licensed for commercial distribution. * Any cover songs have the required licences for distribution. * Any remixes, mashups, or derivative works have all required approvals and licences from rights holders. 3. Metadata and Ownership Claims The Artist agrees that: * Submitted metadata is accurate, complete, and not misleading. * The Artist will not submit content under false ownership claims or impersonate another artist, label, publisher, or brand. * If ownership disputes arise, the Artist will cooperate with reasonable verification requests. 4. Consequences of False Declarations If content is suspected or confirmed to be unauthorised, infringing, or submitted under false ownership claims, Infinite Beats / Owl Eye may: * Reject the release or suspend distribution. * Remove content from stores and platforms. * Suspend or terminate the Artist’s account. * Withhold royalties where required by platforms or distribution partners. 5. Indemnification The Artist accepts full legal responsibility for the submitted content and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Infinite Beats, its staff, affiliates, contractors, and partners against any claims, damages, losses, legal costs, and liabilities arising from: * Copyright infringement * Trademark infringement * Unauthorised use of content * False ownership claims * Breach of this declaration 6. Electronic Acceptance The Artist agrees that electronic acceptance, password verification, CAPTCHA verification, and account authentication constitute a legally binding electronic signature.
